Vehicle Reservation and Securing Purchase

All vehicles are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To confirm a purchase and secure a vehicle, payment must be made according to the Proforma Invoice issued by ASH INTERNATIONAL Co., Ltd.

Customers are strongly advised to confirm vehicle availability before proceeding with payment.

If payment is received after a vehicle has already been sold, we will offer the customer a similar vehicle with comparable specifications, or provide a full refund of the received payment.

Transparency and Communication

We believe in clear communication and transparency throughout the purchasing process. Buyers are encouraged to review all available information about the vehicle, including specifications, condition details, auction sheets where available, and any other relevant documentation.

Customers may request additional information before making a purchase decision. Our team will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and helpful responses to ensure that buyers can make informed decisions.

Vehicle Condition and Export Preparation

Unless otherwise stated, vehicles are sold in “As-Is” condition.

As most vehicles supplied by ASH INTERNATIONAL are used vehicles, normal wear, age-related condition, and minor cosmetic imperfections should be expected.

Vehicles may undergo standard inspection and basic preparation prior to export shipment. Additional services such as repairs, reconditioning, accessories, or upgrades may be arranged upon request and may incur additional costs.

Vehicle Specifications and Documentation

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information regarding vehicle specifications, mileage, model details, and condition.

However, buyers are responsible for confirming that the vehicle meets their requirements before completing the purchase.

After full payment has been received, ASH INTERNATIONAL will provide the necessary export documentation, which may include:

• Commercial Invoice

• Bill of Lading (B/L)

• Export Certificate

• Other documentation required for shipment and customs clearance

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased vehicle complies with import regulations, registration requirements, and legal standards in the destination country.

Shipping and Delivery

ASH INTERNATIONAL offers multiple shipping methods, including:

• Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) shipping

• Container shipping

Shipping options depend on the destination port, vehicle type, and customer preference.

Estimated shipping schedules may vary depending on:

• shipping carrier schedules

• port conditions

• customs procedures

• weather or logistical circumstances

ASH INTERNATIONAL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, port congestion, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment Terms

Payment must be completed within seven (7) days of purchase confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer (Telegraphic Transfer – TT) to the official bank account of ASH INTERNATIONAL Co., Ltd.

All bank charges, intermediary bank fees, and transfer costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Vehicles will only be released for shipment after full payment has been confirmed by our bank.

Flexible payment arrangements, including split payments, may be available in certain cases and must be agreed upon before finalizing the purchase.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Once a vehicle has been shipped, all sales are considered final.

Cancellations requested before shipment may be accepted at the discretion of ASH INTERNATIONAL and may be subject to a processing or administrative fee.

Refund requests after shipment will not be accepted, except in exceptional circumstances determined by ASH INTERNATIONAL.

Bulk Purchases and Dealer Orders

ASH INTERNATIONAL supports dealers and bulk vehicle buyers.

Special pricing, dealer discounts, or flexible payment terms may be available depending on the number of vehicles purchased and business relationship.

Bulk shipments may require additional logistical coordination, and shipping timelines may vary depending on vehicle quantity and destination.

Refunds for bulk purchases are generally not available once payment has been made, except under exceptional circumstances, which may be subject to a processing fee.

Customer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for:

• verifying vehicle specifications before purchase

• confirming vehicle compatibility with destination-country import regulations

• ensuring compliance with local registration laws and emissions standards

• paying all applicable import duties, taxes, port charges, and destination fees

ASH INTERNATIONAL cannot guarantee that a vehicle will meet the regulatory requirements of every country.
