Vehicle Reservation and Securing Purchase
All vehicles are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To confirm a purchase, payment must be made according to the Proforma Invoice. If payment is received after the vehicle is sold, we will offer a similar vehicle with comparable specifications or provide a full refund. Please confirm availability before proceeding with payment.
Transparency and Communication
We believe in full transparency throughout the purchasing process. Buyers are encouraged to review all available details about the vehicle, including specifications, history, and condition. Should you require any additional information, our team is available to provide clear, accurate answers to ensure you make an informed decision. Open communication is key to ensuring a smooth transaction, and we encourage buyers to reach out with any questions or concerns before finalizing their purchase.
Vehicle Condition and Export Preparation
All vehicles undergo detailed inspection and preparation for export. Vehicles are sold in "As-Is" condition unless otherwise specified in the listing. Additional services such as reconditioning or upgrades can be arranged at the buyer’s request for an additional fee. We ensure vehicles are export-ready before shipment.
Specifications and Documentation
We provide accurate specifications and information for all vehicles. Buyers are encouraged to confirm any specific features or details before purchasing. Once full payment is received, we will supply all required documents, including the Bill of Lading (B/L), Invoice, and Export Certification, to facilitate customs clearance at the destination port.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer a variety of shipping methods, including Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) and container shipping, based on customer preferences and destination. Shipping times will vary depending on the chosen method and destination. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays due to customs or port conditions are beyond our control.
Payment Terms
Payment must be completed within seven (7) days of purchase confirmation. We offer flexible payment terms, including split payments, which can be arranged with the buyer as part of the purchase agreement. All payments must be made via bank transfer (Telegraphic Transfer - TT) to our designated bank account. Any associated bank fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Once a vehicle is shipped, all sales are final. Cancellations made before shipment are subject to a processing fee. Refunds for cancellations post-shipment will not be entertained, except under exceptional circumstances, which may be subject to a deduction for administrative fees.
Bulk Purchases and Dealer Discounts
We offer tailored discounts for dealers and bulk purchasers. Discounts vary based on the number of vehicles purchased, and flexible payment terms can be arranged, including split payments. Please contact our sales team for details. Shipping for bulk orders may take additional time due to logistics. Refunds for bulk orders are not available once payment is made, except under extraordinary circumstances, which may incur a 20% processing fee.
Customer Privacy and Security
We prioritize the security of your personal and payment details. Please verify all payment instructions directly with us before proceeding to avoid fraudulent transactions. We will never request sensitive information via unsecured channels, and all transactions are conducted with the highest security standards.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is expected that buyers regularly check our website for any updates to remain informed of any changes.
