2️⃣ How do I purchase a car from ASH INTERNATIONAL?

Option 1: Buy from Our Stock – Browse our in-stock vehicles, select your car, and click “Inquire Now” for pricing and details.
Option 2: Order from Auctions – If your preferred car isn’t listed, fill out the inquiry form on our Home, About Us, or Contact Us page. We’ll help you source your ideal vehicle from Japan’s top car auctions.
📩 Once we confirm your selection, we guide you through payment, shipping, and delivery to your country.

3️⃣ How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your country and the vessel schedules. On average:
🚢 RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off) Shipping: 3–6 weeks
📦 Container Shipping: 4–8 weeks

Once your vehicle is booked for shipment, we’ll provide tracking updates so you know when to expect delivery.

4️⃣ What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer two main shipping options:
RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off) – The most common and cost-effective option, where cars are securely driven onto a specialized car carrier ship.
Container Shipping – Ideal for added protection, especially for high-value vehicles or multiple car shipments.

We’ll advise the best option for your specific vehicle and destination.

5️⃣ What payment methods do you accept?

💳 We accept bank transfers (Telegraphic Transfers - TT) as our primary payment method.
📌 Full payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice to secure your purchase.

For security and transparency, we provide official company bank details and issue an invoice before payment.

6️⃣ Can I trust the mileage on auction cars?

Yes! Japanese car auctions provide detailed auction sheets that state if a car has genuine mileage or if the odometer has been tampered with. We also provide auction report translations and expert guidance to ensure you buy a legitimate vehicle.

7️⃣ Do you inspect vehicles before export?

Yes! Our team ensures each car meets export standards and your requirements.
🔍 Auction Cars: We carefully check auction reports and provide expert translations.
🔧 Stock Cars: Inspected before export, with condition details provided.

For added security, we also offer third-party inspection services upon request.

8️⃣ How do I track my shipment?

Once your car is shipped, we’ll provide:
📌 Shipping confirmation with vessel details
📌 Estimated arrival date at your country’s port
📌 Bill of Lading (B/L) and other shipping documents

9️⃣ Do you offer financing?

❌ No, we do not offer financing. However, we can provide a quotation or invoice for you to arrange financing with your local bank or credit union.

🔟 Do you offer insurance for the vehicle during shipping?

📌 Insurance is optional but recommended to protect your vehicle from potential damages during transit. Contact us to arrange Marine Insurance.

While rare, if damage occurs during transit, we will assist you with insurance claims (if insurance was purchased). For auction purchases, we ensure the vehicle condition is accurately assessed before buying.

📌 You will need to handle customs clearance upon arrival at your country’s port.
✔ Most customers hire a customs broker for a smooth process.
✔ If needed, we can recommend trusted brokers in select countries.

Make sure you have all the necessary documents, such as:
📌 Bill of Lading (B/L)
📌 Export Certificate (Translated if required)
📌 Invoice

We provide all necessary export documents, including:
📜 Bill of Lading (B/L) – Required to release your car from the port.
📜 Export Certificate (Yushutsu Masho) – The official Japanese deregistration document.
📜 Customs Invoice – Used for import tax and registration.
📜 English Translation (if required) – For easier registration in your country.

1️⃣4️⃣ What happens if I don’t pay within the deadline?

🚨 Full payment must be made within 7 days of invoice issuance.
If payment is delayed, the vehicle may be relisted for sale, and cancellation fees may apply.

✔ Yes! You can purchase on behalf of someone else, but you will be responsible for the full payment and transaction.

1️⃣6️⃣ Can I request modifications or repairs before shipping?

Yes! We can arrange:
🔧 Basic maintenance (oil changes, battery replacement, etc.)
🚗 Custom modifications (new tires, aftermarket parts, etc.)
📦 Extra parts shipping (if needed)
